Recipe no: 04 Recipe name: fuchka
Ingredients:
3. Rice powder- 500gm.
4. Water
Working process:
Flour, talmakhana and rice powder mix in a mixing bowl. Add water and make dough. Dough will be as like as bread dough. Mix it well and keep it for half an hour to three hours.
*** If it is kept for more than three hours then its taste will spoiled.
After two hours smash again and roll as like as bread . now one bread keep on the other bread. and cut by fuchka cutter and fry in a deep fryier.
*** should not use any salt.
