                                                                                                                            Date:08/04/2019                                                                                                                             Recipe no: 04 Ingredients: 1. flour- 2 kg. 2. talmakhana- 25 gram. 3. Rice powder- 500gm. 4. Water Working process: Flour, talmakhana and rice powder mix in a mixing bowl. Add water and make  dough. Dough will be as like as bread dough. Mix it well and keep it for half an hour to three hours. *** If it is kept for more than three hours then its taste will spoiled. After two hours smash again and roll as like as bread . now one bread keep on the other bread. and cut by fuchka cutter and fry in a deep fryier. *** should not use any salt.

Raw egg- 2pcs. 2. Mastered paste- 1/4 [(optional) internationally used yellow mastered paste. Yellow mastered paste made from mastered flower]. 3. Milk powder- 1.5/2 cup. 4. Olive oil/corn oil- 200ml . 5. Salt and pepper- to taste ( standard  ratio 3:1). 6. Garlic - 1/4tsp. 7. Lemon juice or vinegar- 2tsp. ( lemon juice or vinegar work as preservative . also remove bad smell from food. Mastered paste-1/4 tsp [(optional) internationally use yellow mastered paste. Yellow mastered paste made from mastered flower] 3. Powder milk-1.5/2 cup 4. Olive oil/corn oil- 200ml 5. Salt and pepper- to taste ( standard  ratio 3:1) 6. Garlic paste- 1/4 tsp. 7. Lemon juice or vinegar- 2tsp( lemon juice or vinegar work as preservative . also remove bad smell from food. At last add lemon juice or vinegar and mix well. Validity: maximum 4 days. Best uses in 1 day.
