Quantity : 1/2 litter
Ingredients:
1. raw egg- 2 piece
2. Mastered paste-1/4 tsp
[(optional) internationally use yellow mastered paste. Yellow mastered paste made from mastered flower]
3. Powder milk-1.5/2 cup
4. Olive oil/corn oil- 200ml
5. Salt and pepper- to taste ( standard ratio 3:1)
6. Garlic paste- 1/4 tsp.
7. Lemon juice or vinegar- 2tsp( lemon juice or vinegar work as preservative . also remove bad smell from food. Vinegar quantity is half of Lemon juice.)
working process:
1. At first beat egg then add yellow mastered paste, garlic, milk powder,sugar and pepper. salt. Slowly add oil. At last add lemon juice or vinegar and mix well.
Validity: maximum 4 days. Best uses in 1 day.
